Returns
You can return your ordered items within 14 days without giving a reason, always state your order number when returning. If possible, please return them in their original packaging. The article should be in as original a condition as possible and undamaged. "During the trial period, you may view and try the product as you would in a shop." The amount will be refunded in most cases within 10 days (no later than 30 days), return shipping costs are not refunded. Business customers can use the right of return only by agreement, shipping costs will not be credited for business customers.
